These terms govern the use of Houston Picks (houstonpicks.com), a free guide with lists of Houston businesses. By using the site you accept them.

Informational content

The content helps you discover and compare businesses. It is not professional advice or a guarantee of the quality, price or suitability of what any business offers. Any dealings are between you and the business.

How the lists are made

Lists are built from each business’s public information, such as its average rating, number of reviews, category, address, phone, hours and photos, together with our editorial judgment. Ratings come from third parties and can change.

Accuracy

We review the lists regularly, but details can change in between. Confirm hours, prices and availability with each business before you go or hire.

Listings and «For businesses»

If your business appears on Houston Picks, you can claim the listing, correct your details or add information from «For businesses». Changes are reviewed before they go live, and we may decline those that are not accurate. Paid featured spots are labeled as such.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, scrape its content in bulk, try to access restricted areas, impersonate another person or business, or submit false information.

Intellectual property

The texts, the selection and order of the lists, the design and the Houston Picks name belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote and link to them, but not reproduce them substantially without permission.

Liability and changes

We work to keep the information useful and current but cannot guarantee it is complete or accurate at all times, and we are not responsible for the products or services of listed businesses. We may update these terms; the current version is the one published here. Questions: info@houstonpicks.com.
